3. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, videos, text, branding, and creative content on The Hide Art website belong exclusively to GrowMore Overseas. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution may lead to legal action. Don’t mess with our art.

4. Product Information & Custom Orders

  • All products are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may appear.

  • Custom orders (sizes, colors, embossing, corporate gifting, bulk manufacturing) require confirmation over email/WhatsApp and may have extended production timelines.

  • Prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations, customization, and international market conditions.

6. Payment Terms

A 50% advance is required for production to begin, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory charges applied by the destination country are not included in our pricing and must be settled by the recipient as per their local regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Since we deal in customized, made-to-order export goods, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during transit with valid proof within 48 hours.

  • Any dispute must be reported via email with photos/videos.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowMore Overseas is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or force majeure situations like natural disasters, transport strikes, or war conditions.

All sample-related costs, including courier charges, are payable by the recipient as per export standards.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard sample orders: 5–9 working days

  • Bulk production: 20–45 working days depending on design and quantity

  • Custom creations follow their own crafting timeline, depending on the detailing and finishing required.

3. Shipping Partners

  • Express dispatch for samples and small parcels via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

  • Bulk orders shipped through air cargo, LCL, or full-container freight.

  • Logistics mode is selected based on order scale and destination.

4. Customs & Duty

All import duties, taxes, and clearance fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiving party. Customs procedures and delays are outside our control.

5. Damages During Transit

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Send photos/videos within 48 hours

  • We will investigate with the courier partner

  • Replacement is provided if the damage is verified

6. Tracking

7. Wrong Address Issues
